Service use
You may use MaxSprint for lawful personal or authorised coaching purposes and in accordance with these terms and applicable app marketplace rules. You must not interfere with, misuse, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or attempt unauthorised access to the service.
Subscriptions and purchases
Available trials, subscription periods, lifetime purchases and regional prices are presented before purchase in the App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refund processes are governed by the store account and applicable marketplace terms.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, protecting account access, checking workout settings before training, using timing equipment safely and deciding whether a planned session is appropriate for you or your athletes.
Intellectual property
MaxSprint, its software, interface, original content and branding are owned by or licensed to MaxSprint. These terms give you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
Availability
Features may change, be added or removed, and availability may depend on device, operating system, location, connectivity and compatible equipment. The service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Training information disclaimer
MaxSprint provides training information and is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent injury or illness. Stop training and seek appropriate professional advice if you have health concerns, pain or symptoms. Coaches remain responsible for their professional judgement and athlete supervision.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MaxSprint is not responsible for loss caused by unsafe training decisions, incompatible equipment, inaccurate manual timing, unauthorised account use or matters outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
